Daniel Haug – President
Dan Haug has managed and contributed to technical efforts on DoD programs for over two decades. He is intimately familiar with engineering processes and lifecycles and how they are applied to the development of intelligence and C4I systems. Dan has previously provided senior engineering management at CyberSource, Austin Info Systems (AIS), and Lockheed Missile and Space Company where he was a graduate of the Lockheed Artificial Intelligence School. He holds memberships in the IEEE, IEEE Computer Society, Association of Old Crows and AFCEA. Dan received a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Wichita State University.

Daniel Wilkins - Chief Operating Officer
Dan Wilkins brings to Potomac Fusion more than twenty years of experience in leading innovation and business operations in venture-funded and traditional technology companies. Dan most recently served in executive management at Vincera Software, a provider of enterprise software solutions. He has also held executive positions at eLaw, Inc. and Austin Info Systems (AIS); a United States Government focused Software Company which he co-founded in 1993. Prior to those positions, Dan has held additional management and technology positions at Lockheed Missile and Space Company, The University of Texas Applied Research Laboratories and Computer Sciences Corporation. Dan received a Bachelor of Science in aerospace engineering from the University of Texas in Austin.

Dave Haug - Vice President, Emerging Technologies
Dave Haug brings over 30 years of industry experience to Potomac Fusion, where his current responsibilities including oversight of all internal research and development efforts, and the insertion of critical emerging technologies into Potomac Fusion projects. As a research fellow at Texas Instrument's Computer Science Research Lab, Dave performed research in artificial intelligence and parallel processing. Dave's diverse background also includes work in flight control systems for the Air Force, and factory automation work for the semiconductor industry. Dave has a BS in Mathematics from the University of Colorado, where he further pursued graduate work in abstract mathematics.

Kathleen Lossau - Vice President, Intelligence Systems
Kathleen Lossau is recognized as an industry expert in the area of Multi-INT, All Source Intelligence and data fusion. She has over 20 years of experience in developing intelligence systems supporting applications and users at both the tactical and national level. Ms. Lossau's accomplishments include successful delivery and accreditation of the Single Source Processor - SIGINT Process Improvement (SSP-S PI); providing interoperability among disparate NSA SIGINT applications with the Common Analysis and Reporting Environment, and in building the army's first tactical Open Source and Multi-INT system. Born in Illinois, Ms. Lossau received a B.S. degree in Computer Science in 1985 and a M.S. degree in Computer Science with an emphasis in Artificial Intelligence in 1987 from Southern Illinois University. Prior to working at Potomac Fusion, Ms. Lossau held various positions from Sr. Software Engineer, Program Manager and Director of Business Development at Austin based software companies including: Ticom Geomatics, Inc, Austin Info Systems, and Lockheed Austin Division. Ms. Lossau belongs to the Association of Old Crows, Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association, the Association of the United States Army and the Navy League of the United States.

Alfred Reich - Chief Technical Officer
Dr. Alfred Reich has worked on mathematical software R&D for almost 30 years. Al has done advanced R&D for DARPA, U.S. intelligence agencies, and NASA, where he had specialized in AI techniques, data fusion algorithms, and mathematical & statistical analysis and processing. For 12 years he worked for Motorola Semiconductor and its recent spin-off, Freescale Semiconductor, in advanced semiconductor design and manufacturing. He is highly published, holds seven patents, has been writing software for 35 years, and has over 20 years of technical leadership experience. Al earned a Ph.D. in mathematics from Texas Tech University in 1980, and a M.A. and B.A. in mathematics from the University of Utah. Al brings substantial technical expertise to Potomac Fusion's core capabilities.

Philip Hiller - Vice President, Business Operations
Phil Hiller has been involved in all areas of business operations for both large and small DoD contractors for more than 25 years. Prior to joining Potomac Fusion, he was Director of Operations of Overwatch Systems (previously known as Austin Info Systems). Phil served on the executive management team of Austin Info Systems as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Austin Info Systems, Phil worked in areas of increasing responsibility at Trimble Navigation Limited ( Austin site Business manager) and Lockheed Missiles and Space Company. Phil received a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Public Accountant.
