At least 10 years as a full time programmer, Microsoft Visual Studio 2008, .NET Framework 3.x, in depth experience developing managed/unmanaged C++/C#/.NET/Silverlight applications, data access applications, .NET components, Web Services, and Enterprise Services components, strong skills in object-oriented design, application architectures, and relational database design (MySQL and/or MS SQL), 3D graphics programming, WPF, XML/XSLT

NON-TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Active TS/SCI – Must have CI polygraph. Lifestyle poly is desired, but not required.
• Minimum of 10 years total experience, including 5+ years as team/technical lead, and 8+ years hands-on server-side Java
• Familiar with Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP) and be proficient in software design patterns

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years hands-on J2EE, specifically: JMS, JPA, JAXB, JAX-RS, JAX-WS

• Strong JavaScript including AT LEAST one of: jQuery, prototype, ExtJS

• Fully understand AJAX concepts

• DOM manipulation experience; understand browser differences
