Ed Marquardt – Vice President, Strategic Technology
Ed Marquardt has over thirty years of demonstrated success in a wide variety of positions involving design, acquisition, operation, and support of complex, computer-based systems. He has held positions in both the public and private sector, including Deputy Senior Science Advisor to the United States Army and Group Vice President of a major management consulting firm. As a private consultant specializing in web services and database design with emphasis on emerging needs of the intelligence community (IC), Ed coordinated a major overseas IC developmental effort for the National Security Agency (NSA). Previously he served as the Deputy Senior Science Advisor (SSA) for Technology, United States Army Intelligence and was attached to INSCOM Headquarters. Ed functioned as the government lead for technical activities involving the Information Dominance Center (IDC), a worldwide organization with responsibilities including counter terrorism, counter intelligence, counter narcotics and computer network operations. Ed received a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Daniel Webster College.
